In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), around 150 meters from El Playazo beach, with a lift, communal pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. You will find bars and restaurants only 200 meters away, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes away by car. Book now this apartment in Vera Playa, where you also have the opportunity to visit nearby towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour away by car. IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included.
