Check out the special offers for long stays in the low season!With a maximum capacity of 4 adults, this apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 toilet room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with access to the south-facing terrace.In Fatu Hiva urbanization, located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach, with a lift, communal pool (open all year round), jacuzzi and landscaped areas. There are several bars and restaurants about 100 meters away and a large supermarket and water park about 800 meters away.There is a nearby bus stop so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour's drive away.USE OF THE JACUZZI OF THE URBANIZATION: Minors up to 13 years of age can access if they are accompanied by their parents/legal guardians. Minors aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from their parents/legal guardians.IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In the case of a monthly rental with a discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets/groups of young people are not allowed.
