There are several bars and restaurants about 100 metres away and a large supermarket and water park about 800 metres away.There is a nearby bus stop so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos.The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.JACUZZI USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Children up to 13 years old can access if accompanied by parents/legal guardians. Minors aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from parents/legal guardians.IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged.
