With capacity for up to 4 adults, the apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen, and a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and access via a spiral staircase to a roof terrace.
Located in the Laguna Beach textile development, approximately 550 meters from Las Marinas-Bolaga El Playazo beach, and close to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, with a communal pool and children's pool (open in July and August). You will also have access to a free parking space in the underground garage for your convenience.
Visit Vera Playa, an ideal destination that allows you to explore other nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar, and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are a 1-hour drive away.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Any excess will be charged. In the case of discounted monthly rentals, electricity is NOT included. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed.. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
