Book now this apartment in a naturist urbanization with a communal swimming pool. The apartment offers air conditioning/heating and a terrace to enjoy outdoors, among other amenities. If you are more interested in the low season, check the special offers for long stays.
With a maximum capacity for 4 people, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, living-dining room with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen.
In the naturist urbanization Parque Vera IV, about 350 metres from the beach, with landscaped areas, communal swimming pool, and close to bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket about 700 metres away.
ATTENTION: Naturist urbanization. It is mandatory to be naked in the pool area. In the rest of the common areas of the urbanization, there are no restrictions.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental outside of season with discount, electricity is not included. Pets/youth groups are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
