Maximum capacity for 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge-dining room and a large terrace-solarium ideal for enjoying outdoors.
Enjoy the facilities of the Veranda Agua residential complex, with communal swimming pool + children's pool (open from 1st April to 31st October), gym, children's playground, padel court, and landscaped areas. About a 10-minute walk away you will find a café-bar, and a large supermarket and water park less than 5 minutes by car.
Visit Vera Beach, an ideal destination that gives you the opportunity to visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour's drive away.
IMPORTANT: A reasonable electricity consumption of up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In the case of a discounted monthly rental, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed (with supplement). Young groups are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
