Located in the Verazul residential complex, approximately 600 metres from the beach and close to bars and restaurants, with communal swimming pools for adults and children (open from 15/06 to 15/09), a children's playground, landscaped areas, and outdoor parking within the complex.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 KWh/day is included. Excess consumption will be charged separately. In the case of monthly rental during the off-season with a discount, electricity is not included. Pets and youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
