With capacity for 4 adults, the house is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to a dining area and the communal pool. The first floor has a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room. On the third floor, a private roof terrace invites you to enjoy the sea views.
In Las Casitas de la Playa (textil urbanization), only 150 meters from El Playazo beach (northern area), with a communal pool and a children's pool (open all year round). You will find chiringuitos, restaurants and bars in the surroundings, as well as a mini-market (open only in summer) 600 meters away and a supermarket open all year round less than 10 minutes' drive away.
Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also enjoy other neighbouring towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are only an hour's drive away.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet / reservation). Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
