Book your holiday rental near the sea in this townhouse with air conditioning/heating, and private parking. It is ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay at any time of the year, and is located in a residential complex with a communal swimming pool and family atmosphere. Additionally, pets are welcome! The house has a maximum capacity of 6 adults and has 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living-dining room that opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor houses the main bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing a private and cosy space.
In the Las Casitas de la Playa residential complex, located about 150 metres from El Playazo beach (north area) with a communal swimming pool + children's pool (open all year round) and landscaped areas. Beach bars, bars and restaurants nearby, a mini-market (only in summer) about 600 metres away, and a large supermarket (open all year) less than 2 km away.
Book your holidays in Vera Playa and also visit nearby towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour's drive away.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 20 KWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.
