Located in the Veramar 6 textile development, where you can enjoy its communal pool (open in summer) and large garden areas.
The area offers an excellent variety of services, with bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a large supermarket just 900 meters away.
Book this accommodation in Vera Playa now, where you can also visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour away by car.
IMPORTANT: Duplex located in a textile complex in the naturist area. The closest textile beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The closest naturist beach is about 600 meters. Ruime tuin, fijn tuinmeubilair, mooi park en goed ligweide bij het zwembad. Goede bank en matrassen en twee volledige badkamers.
Slot ging tijdens ons verblijf stuk, werd snel en adequaat gerepareerd.
